Terrible place. Nurses are abusive. Inappropriate with patients. Everything is covered up. Falls and nurses not reported. Manager covers up incidents. Don’t go there

Dr. Fadeel, Khalid is awesome but the cardiology emerge nurse Robin is rude and nasty. Sad that Doctor Hancock retired.

The Rehab Unit 3rd floor was wonderful to my Mom after her broken hip . The nursing staff and physio are kind and caring. The doctor and social worker are interested only in discharge and meeting admission day numbers . They are Most Unhelpful in trying to find placement and actually misrepresent the truth .

During 2020 my bi-monthly iron infusions were halted - for 10 months. This was rectified for a while; however, it seems that my condition has, once again , been put on the back burner. Too bad, I was once treated ad well cared for at Whitby Hosp but, that has drastically changed. Time for me to drastically change my approach in ensuring that I, and others like me, get proper medical care.

Anyone else have problems with getting iron infusions done at this hospital? Someone has opened a can of worms that they should have left alone.

I attend the positive care clinic and recently the Diabetes clinic. I have found the staff, Drs. and Nurses absolutely amazing. I had a friend go there for physiotherapy and he had no complaints either
