I guess I was one of the lucky ones who went by ambulance at 1:00 AM with no other patients in the ER. I went because my vision became blurry & was seeing double within a couple of hours. The whole staff was friendly and performed tests to assure me it was nothing serious and was discharged within 2 hours of arriving. I was so anxious about going but the nurses and doctor and staff were so caring and kind. I would never hesitate to go again if needed.

I went for pre surgery tests. Each and every person was friendly, helpful and caring. The hospital was clean, nicely appointed and I look forward to my surgery there as I know I am in good hands.

Everything went well. I don't know what the results are yet, but I have an appointment tomorrow with my cpap doctor. I am hoping the report will be there as the doctor's office needs it or my visit will be a loss. The next day I returned all the equipment and the ladies at the front were nice and attentive.

Each person I interacted with genuinely cared for me and what I was going through. They guided me through the they're familiar with and I was nervous about.

I went to Oro Valley Hospital for pre-surgery tests and X-rays. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist all the way through to the medical records lady was so nice and very efficient as well. I haven’t actually seen the charges yet, so I can’t comment with any clarity on the value portion of the survey. Thank you.

I would NEVER suggest anyone go to Ora Valley Hospital. Unsafe lighting to dark to see no numbers if there are any can be seen at night. The glass doors are so dark you can not tell the building is open at night. No signs for sleep clinic. The hospital seem not to care about patient’s safety. The people at the clinic say they have complained but that the hospital doesn’t care.
