Having nothing but positives for my recent needs at both hospitals. All doctors and nurses at emergency were great. Nurses on the floor are a different matter entirely. Care there are a different matter entirely. Naps and chatter with each other are a priority. Doctors were wonderful. OR staff amazing. Would have received much better care at home.

My son came in with a broken ankle. X-ray’s within an hour. Waited another hour to see the doctor. The doctor said he has a broken ankle but couldn’t tell me which bone was broken. Then discharged us to a physiotherapist clinic to get an air cast. The doctor said she had called to confirm that they had the cast. The doctor then discharged us with no protection for his ankle. Physiotherapy clinic was closed. She never did call. 2 months later, hospital has not sent original X-rays.

Excellent care during knee replacement and followup with Dr. Roberts and his team.. Impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital and the friendly, professional care from the staff.

About a month ago I came to the emergency department thinking I may have possibly had a stroke. The very young male doctor proceeded with all testing and conversation regarding what was happening. I also advised the doctor I had fallen the night before and had hit my head and asked for a CT scan, he said no. Needless to say I did however need one. I did not have a stroke but some of the symptoms are similar to a concussion. He gave me a injection for a migraine as I was complaining about my head hurting and being dizzy. So now over a month later finally had a CT scan from my doctor due to constant dizzyness, nausea and paraylasis on my left side. They found trauma to the brain and swelling as well. Now on to an MRI. So I’ve lived with this for over a month, I’m supposed to start college shortly which I hope I can. So to the young emergency doctor I had a concussion and because no CT Scan was done when asked I had to wait to see my physician then wait for the scan which know other problems have developed as a result.
