I will never forget how kind and empathetic Dr Orchard was when I saw him in the ER yesterday, November 4,2022. He looked me in the eye and listened to me then proceeded to search for the answer to my problem. I needed that desperately and was so grateful. Thank you Dr Orchard!!

My past experiences with this ER have been good. However, my visit last week was a waste of my time as a diagnosis was not obtained. The doctor was kind enough to give a very broad/generic diagnosis. I am still having the same issues with no relief. The doctor did not perform a physical exam as he evaluated me from a chair across the room. In the past when I had excellent insurance I was treated differently and given every test. The only difference in this visit was my insurance and I truly believe that I was not given the needed testing and proper care due to my new insurance. The final straw was when the dr stated that MRIs are only done, outpatient. I am going to call BS on that statement. I truly believe that someone saw my insurance and treated me accordingly as I am a disabled veteran and the coverages are the same as medicare, meaning the facility is paid less than most insurances. I left feeling so angry, sad, and most of all surprised at the way I was treated, or not treated........ sub standard. I am not a charity case but it felt very much like this was the level of care that I encountered. As a caveat, the remaining staff was awesome, friendly, kind and caring. At the end of the day it seemed to be about money and not patient care.

Robotic gallbladder removal surgery was awesome! Minimal post op discomfort. Fast, fast, fast recovery. Dr. Cione’s faith is lived out in his work and I appreciate that.

Clean, nurse’s very professional, very friendly, efficient. There is nothing I can say bad about this hospital. Every Doctor I had was great!!!!!! I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.
