Riverview medical center is the best hospital I have ever been to! Everyone there was beyond excellent! They have saved my life three times. The room I was in was absolutely breathtaking. Such a beautiful peaceful environment overlooking the water. I was well taken care of by the nurses and the doctors. Riverview hospital should be rated number one in New Jersey. I love you all you are all angels.!

Terrible. NUrse Manager Margaret Valentin and Valerie Rose are Evil. Purposely disallowing visitation while negligent doctors refused to care accurately for patients. They are more about “following rules” then saving peoples lives. Do not go here! They will only force you to take Chemo or COvid Vaccinnes and ignore your root cause or issues

I gave birth to my son in 2016 and it was a wonderful experience in a very clean and comfortable bed of my own room. The nurses were all an angel except one, who was against my having c-section (who the heck is she to care, right?) but everyone else was highly attentive, food was very good, and even the cleaning staffs were great. I’d come here again if I were to ever give birth again.

Awful hospital!!! I have been here several times because it is close to my house and the hospital could use a face lift. It’s understaffed and not very clean. Food is bad too. Just bad bad bad overall!

Aside from the very few personally known staff members, the atmosphere was nonchalant, very unprofessional and unhealthful. A mixture that is not only dangerous but atrocious. I had two total knee replacements, June 2013 and February 2014 at the same hospital. The latter included a fall the night following my surgery when I was left alone in the restroom by a nurse. I sustained a concussion and still experience frequent headaches and dizzy spells. It was obvious that the staff was in âholiday modeâ and for the most part barely paying attention to the calls from me or the patient in the room next door. At some point during my initial recovery I mysteriously acquired bruises to my wrists, there was no explanation when I mentioned it. Subsequently, the carelessness of one nurse resulted in morphine being pumped under my skin instead of my vein even though when she was replacing the needle I warned her that she had not accessed the vein. I never received an apology… I got the Health Dept.

Gave birth here in 2016. My room was beautiful but freezing. So much so that they needed to bring in space heaters to keep the temp about 50 degrees (in February). What angered me most was that the pediatrician who “attended” my birth is out of network because they don’t accept the same insurance that the hospital does, and I ended up having to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to someone I never even spoke to and couldn’t verify that he was even there at birth. Meanwhile, I had a pediatrician at the hospital who was in-network. The patient advocate did nothing except say they were sorry. I hate this hospital.
