Very disappointed in South Lake Hospital. Despite many tests diagnosis was wrong. Had to be admitted to Dr Phillips Hospital for correct diagnosis.

after over night stay they still didnt know what was the problem with patient

mom was in hospital when she dislocated her right shoulder. It happened around 4 in the afternoon. Went by to visit around 5 she had not been given any pain medicine and was waiting on xrays to be taken was told dr. would set. went at 9pm still not set dr. in OR would come after surgery. Called 10am next morning STILL NOT SET again being told dr. in surgery will come after. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!! She is 87 years old this is no way to treat a person.

caring and helpful. was seen in Emergency room and treated very well. taken back to a room immediately and then seen by the Dr. Fitch quickly. He was very kind and thorough. Admitted to the hospital. Room comfortable and clean. Nurses kind and concerned. was in for 2 nights, 3 days. Hospitalist Dr. Valdez was very good as well.
