UC Irvine Medical Center is the place to go to in Southern California if you have something complex. They have the best doctors there and can always figure out what you have. My cousin had a large skull base tumor which had been called a meningioma. He went and saw the doctors there and they said it was an acoustic neuroma. It was operated on by Drs. Linskey and Djalilian. His facial nerve was completely normal right after the surgery. He had been told that he had a 30-50% chance of facial paralysis at another institution in LA. Definitely the best place to go for complex problems.

Three times hospitalized in one year and I do not have any complaints about anything. Great hospital, great staff and amazing doctors.

In general, bogged down in too much of their own bureaucracy. Dr Reikes (endocrinology) & Dr Bhatt (opthamology) knowledgeable and highly recommend. Neurology, conflicting recommendations from their own staff of which dr treats what conditions and dr Saberi at women’s health center could not seem to be more apathetic.

The hospital is very accesible and so is the Doctor. Very clean and staff very courteous.

I would not be alive today if I had not been transferred to UCI Medical Center as a patient. I was flown there in the middle of the night for a ruptured aneurysm. They literally brought me back from the dead. I am forever grateful. Received the best care there by the vascular surgeons and ICU nurses.
