It now houses the Northern Berkshire Community Health Care, which includes a 24/7 Satellite Emergency Facility (SEF) operated by Berkshire Health Systems, as well as various outpatient clinics and primary care services. It is important to note that the current facility is not a full-service hospital and does not offer inpatient care or the comprehensive specialized services typically found in a regional hospital. No doctors are currently affiliated with North Adams Regional Hospital as it ceased operations in 2014.
