Located about 10 blocks west of downtown Rochester, Saint Marys began in 1889 as a joint project involving the Sisters of Saint Francis and the Mayo family. The campus has 1,265 beds and 70 operating rooms and provides hospital-based specialty care including intensive care, trauma and emergency services, cardiac care, neurosurgery, rehabilitation, behavioral health and pediatric care.
