📋Overview

This malignancy, also referred to as stomach cancer, typically originates in the mucus-producing cells that line the interior of the organ. While it can develop in any portion of the stomach, it often occurs in the main body or the gastroesophageal junction.

Clinical observation indicates that several histological subtypes exist, with adenocarcinoma being a common form. Because early stages may present with nonspecific symptoms, the condition is frequently identified after it has progressed beyond its initial site.
