I had my colonscopy (Oct 7) and I have never experienced such excruciating stomach pain and extreme nausea afterwards. The nurse also noticed I was in serve pain, sweating profusely, and my heart rate had elevated. She offered nothing to comfort me as they are more concerned about when my ride will take me home. The pain and nausea continued at home, I vomited several times in so much pain. This was my 3rd colonscopy and the worst experience ever. My physician was DR.SHARAF, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had an excellent experience at the Holly Clinic. Staff was efficient and cordial. The procedure was painless and I will go back when necessary.

I had a colonoscopy today and I was extremely anxious and nervous; but, the staff there were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in to register to the lady who took me to meet my husband at the door. It is truly an amazing facility. Thank you!!

Long wait times. Very short consult. Feels like a processing plant

Warning Had a horrible experience. Went in and they perforated my colon and took no accountability no responsibility for their actions mainly the clinic. They even made me pay for my own ambulance to get to the hospital after making me sit there in pain. More details will follow . Stay tuned I will give you an update on my experience with the doctor and mainly the owners of the clinic have they decided not to have any compassion for my situation. Do not use their service go to a hospital

I want to sure those that have read the negative reviews, that my experience both today and 2014 have been excellent. The staff from the woman behind the desk to greet you, to Diane who looked after me,-pre and post- and the doctors in the room (Dr Kaufman). All were KIND, patient, communicated well, efficient, no delays, I was out earlier than expected yet wasn't rushed like some of the comments. I never felt like it was an assembly plant with no human kindness. Highly recommend it.

I had an Endoscopy in July 2022. Appt bang on time. My dr was Dr. John Hagen and he spoke to me in detail before the procedure and after. He called me after with the results and even after we played phone tag to follow up. This dr was an absolute god send. He followed up with the results with my family drs and is referring me for surgery. When we could not reach during the week, he called me first thing Saturday morning. I have to say that I was beyond happy with his bedside manner and his explanations and his going into detail with my diagnosis. This dr was incredible. I worked with drs for 30 years so I know how they can be difficult at times. Thank you Dr Hagen for your dedication.

2nd experiences Holly Endoscopy. Both were great. Have comparison with Upper Canada Lower Bowel Clinic where my husband went. Holly Endoscopy sets a high bar for clinics. All aspects of experience are better than expected: COVID protocols; timeliness; prep options; and staff.

This was a good experience. Communication before the procedure was clear. The facilities were modern and clean, even relaxing. The staff were very attentive and the Doctors are top notch, answering my questions and making sure that I understood each part of the procedure. Dr. Nassar Aminazadeh was an absolute pro. Highly recommend this clinic over others that I've been to in Toronto that seem old and shabby by comparison.

My experience was good both times, fortunately I didn't have any side effects like others have mentioned and have had colooscopies before so am used to them. I do know from other visits with specialists in other areas of health that it can be so frustrating and uncomfortable for them to not have time to listen and as well if they have a medical student or intern? who starts off, it can be frustrating that when telling or asking a question about something important the info is not mentioned by the doctor and so it seems like a waste of my time to be reporting to a student. The doctor comes in and the visit is 5-10 minutes max, rushed and feel so anxious that forget to ask my question again to doctor. As well, if you are their last patient or close to last any other tests that may have been appropriate to do can't be requested.
