This doctor thinks he’s much funnier than he is. He’s always very cordial, but not really interested in listening to what’s wrong. He seems to be more interested in getting in a out of the office in the least amount of time necessary. You would expect that with such a short visit time, he would be able to keep on schedule, but if your appointment is in the afternoon, expect that you will be AT LEAST 30-40 minutes late. Also, if you end up in the hospital — even with something serious — don’t expect a visit. In fact, you can expect that in a follow up visit after you’ve been released, he will ask you, “What brings you in today?”
It seems like he’s in the last phase before retirement — “2 years of lousy attitude and poor attendance.”

My mother is currently in the hospital in Medicine Hat with a broken hip, she’s been with Dr Jaraj since the beginning of time & was an RN herself. I phoned Dr. Jaraj’s office to ask for a time to speak with Dr. Jaraj for some medical advise in moving her to Central AB to get her closer to the family. The staff who answered were the rudest individuals I’ve ever had the chance to talk to. I understand that he would have to call back later or at an appointed time, but you don’t cut a person off in the middle of their explanation. Poor people skills for sure! I believe this office has too many clients to care for & the waiting room is always full. I would do zero stars if possible.

Have gone to him for a long time. It seems he cares less and less to what and patient says and just does whatever he wants. He is very friendly but does not take some circumstances seriously and can say very rude things. As a family we have decided to change doctors due to his lack of care.

A Doctor such as this person gives Canadian Medicare a bad reputation. Rather than taking a moment to listen to the patient and provide him or her with a solution that can lead to a proper outcome . He is more concerned with “mentoring” University of Calgary Doctors in training and getting patients out the door within 5 minutes. This display of arrogance will deter me from visiting this Doctor in the future.

He cares about his patients and does everything necessary and possible to get them well. He is the best and have been with him over 20 some years. His staff is wonderful and the other doctors in his office are very good as well.
