Dr. Luelo has seen me through many difficult times over the last eight years and I have always felt heard and respected. I have confidence in her knowledge and skill, as well as her willingness to consult when necessary. I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing doctor, especially when so many people in Calgary have difficulty finding any doctor at all!

Dr. Luelo is a fantastic doctor and has always respectfully dealt with me and my children. She will address any concern and is always responsive to my concerns.

best doctor anyone could have.she is thoural and has a great bedside manner. goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor!!

Almost impossible to get an appointment with my own family doctor. Never available when the kids are off school, and never on time so even when I do get an appointment, I usually lose a half day of time for either myself or my child.

Went to her for several years. OK with basic everyday medical situations. However, requesting an approriate referral for others services is quite a rigamorol. Takes a long time to get in to see her and usually not on time. Non-holistic - likes presribing sleeping pills instead of helping you determine the reason why. Made an poor recommendation (suggested taking an alergy pill combined with Zyban - NOT A GOOD EFFECT). Is best for young Mom's (she is a young Mom herself). Had a GREAT receptionist at one time, then brought on a very immature and confrontation person. Who needs that? Can't operate my business in this fashion or I would be fired. Changed Doctors. Never looked back.

I have been with dr luelo for 15+years and she had been great. In the last several years though, she has gone stale.
She has decreased her frequency in testing, she is not collaborative with other doctors apart of my care, she has lost patience when I ask questions, to the point of nearly yelling at me and she actually was storming out. I was in no way rude, I was asking how she felt one way, and a test showed the opposite, and another doctor felt the opposite. I was being scientific. She challenged me in a self righteous way, that wasnt conduscive to my care. I have since found a new family doctor and clinic. Dr Luelo was unprofessional, biased in her care, and high and mighty about her years of experience.
Care ahould be collaborative. Care should be professional and empathetic.

This doctor is terrible. She leans on the “knowledge” of the only other male in the practice. She routinely leaves to take Dr. Syrnyk’s opinions as fact. She has absolutely no backbone. Good luck if you have anything other than a physical problem. Who could really be surprised though if she uses mr Syrnyk as a know all. Do not go to this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Luello for 9 years and she has always been there for me and my children when needed. She looked after me through many issues and even gave me her personal number in case I had any questions. She personally calls me when there are test results to discuss and truly cares about her patients. I’m very fortunate to be one of her patients and value her knowledge and help.

I had been a patient of Dr. Luelo’s since the beginning of her practice. I felt very fortunate to have her as my doctor up until the past few years. She became unpredictable in her moods and defensive. Too many times I left her office feeling upset by the way she spoke to me. It was a difficult decision but I left her practice & can’t believe how wonderful it feels now to have a doctor who doesn’t judge & respects my concerns. I believe Dr. Luelo is knowledgeable but on the personal side something has changed.
