Dr. Luelo is very professional and takes the time to fully listen to whatever you have to say - this is very much appreciated. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Luelo is by far the best Dr. we have ever been to. The way she presents her advice leaves you with ability to make a choice, not feel like your have to choose a certain option (like many Nurses and Dr.’s in Calgary). She is a Mom and speaks of her experiences candidly which is very much appreciated! We are so happy to be patients.

Awful Dr. Was perscribed vaginal suppositories and told to take them orally. Went back to tell her how sick I had become and she said “I hope you didnt actually take them orally?” I was also pregnant at the time and lost the baby due to this. She had noticed she percribed the wrong medication and didnt even call to let the pharmacy or myself know. Impossible to get an appt, awful unknowlegable staff and my entire family has not gone back to her

My family and I have been seeing Dr Luelo for 11 yrs now. She is a great doctor. When rating punctuality, you have to keep in mind that she is answering another patients questions. So do you want her rushing out the door just to keep on schedule? I definately don’t. As for the suppositories…I wonder if she listened to the pharmacists instructions when she picked up her prescription….just a thought.

Dr. Luelo has been my doctor from the first year she opened her practice. Over the years my family has had to deal with many different ailments. Dr Luelo has great bedside manner and is always willing to go the extra mile. Especially with serious illness. Over the years her knowledge has become significant, and her patience has grown. She is kind and willing to listen. I am so happy I have stuck it out with her and now I am happy to have her take care of my children as well. Very happy to have such a competent helpful doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Luelo for 12 years now. Just recently I had severe stomach pains and couldn’t get in to see her for 2 weeks!! I told the receptionist and called everyday to get on a waiting list. This is frustrating because the waiting is something that I have put up with in the past but it’s getting worse and worse. Even when I take my son in, the wait is ridiculous. I still haven’t had my stomach problems resolved and she’s not willing to refer me to any specialists. I am at my wits end since I have been to emerg numerous times because I can’t get in to see her. And I can’t find any other dr’s that are taking new patients.
