Dr. Smith is a caring and professional practitioner who has gone above and beyond in the many years I have been a patient of hers. I would wager that 999 times of 1000 anyone who has a problem with how she cares for and handles patients is a reflection of the patient not the doctor.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Smith. She is very warm and personable. She listens to me!I don't have to fight to be heard and get shut down, she trusts you to know your body and is very open minded for treatments. I have chronic auto immune disease so this is huge to me. She has also referred me to amazing specialists when required. Love her!

I have seen a lot of doctors and dermatologist over the past 10 years regarding my acne. Dr. Smith is the only one that actually cared about what I had to say. She gave me options, and she described in detail all of the options. She also answered all of my questions and respected my decision.

I absolutely adore Dr Smith – through both my pregnancies and a miscarriage she helped me to discuss feelings as well as my health. Extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and a leader in her field.

Saw her only once,as I am dr lords patient,but she was very good indeed,as are all the MDs in this practise.

Always late. Does not take the time to listen to her patient’s concerns. Never has any appointments available. Waiting for over an hour to see her and she’s in and out in 5 min.

Yes – she is often “running late”, but given that it is almost impossible to get a family physician I am grateful for her. I just take a great book and am prepared to wait. She is knowledgeable and communicates well and above all she LISTENS – and how rare is that in a physician. If your need for an appointment is urgent, her support staff gets you in. If it is not urgent, what’s the problem with an appointment a few weeks down the road. If you have this doctor as your family physician, hang onto her! She is a gem! Signed: Davida H. Marantz

Sitting in the waiting room is aweful for the appointment- then the amount of time spent on the why you are there is short- in and out service- meds are pushed as well.
