Dr. Ntiamoa is the gentlest dentist I've ever been to. She is constantly checking to see if I am comfortable. Takes the time to explain what she is going to do. She makes going to the dentist a pleasure instead of dreading it.

For such a young dentist, she knows her stuff! She will do anything to make you more comfortable, and she is great at it! She is a good pick if you want a long lasting relationship with a dentist!

Dr. Ntiamoa was most helpful & comforting to me this weekend. She took the time to answer my questions & really put my mind at ease as my usual dentist is no longer at this location. As the procedure was taking place, she helped me by asking me how I was doing & making sure I wasn't in any discomfort as she continued. She was extremely knowledgeable as the entire procedure only took about 25 minutes. Then she phoned me a couple days later to make sure I was doing alright (wow!). Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Duncan is a fabulous orthodontist, and communicates exceptionally well to both the parents and the patients.

Dr.Duncan staff is great, they're always happy and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and punctual. I can get in and get out in a timely fashion because I'm usually coming from out of town. I was very pleased with the treatment I received and she understood exactly what I went for. I would reccomend her practice to everyone. I sent my sister there.

Jade still looks forward to her appointments with Dr. Duncan and is encouraged and motivated by the friendly and enthusiastic staff. During this period of time we have seen a remarkable improvement her teeth and smile. Jade is now wearing braces which will only further her appearance. We can not say enough about the wonderful service Dr. Duncan and her staff have provided Jade. We would not hesitate to recommend Simply Orthodontics

I am so fortunate to have my two boys start their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Duncan! She is compassionate, knowledgeable and gentle. I appreciate that her office provides the latest advancements in treatment technology, it’s amazing how quickly their teeth have improved! The staff is wonderful and caring. Every time my kids come for an appointment they have a great experience (and I enjoy sitting in the cafe with my coffee!) – they feel so welcome and comfortable here. This is truly a top-notch office!

Dr. Duncan and the staff at Simply Orthodontics are compassionate and professional. I am so thrilled with my results from adult braces! She made sure that my teeth could be as perfect as can be. I appreciate this perfectionism. I looked forward to every appointment I had with them. I now have a smile I am confident with for the rest of my life. I honestly can’t give them enough gold stars for that. I am so grateful and happy! Highly recommended.

I went for the first time to see DR. Duncan, she was in hurray she didn’t give me my time, she kept talking I didn’t have chance to say my concerns and everything I ask her about she says Sarah will show you a video. I am not sure if that’s normal or not. I didn’t feel what the other reviews are taking about.

I just started Orthodontic treatment with Dr. Duncan. Everyone at the office is so caring, supportive and friendly. They are always putting in extra effort to make this whole experience enjoyable. From my past dealings with other dentists and orthodontists I haven’t quite experienced the same level of customer service as I do with Simply Orthodontics. I think that this is the case across the board with most practitioners no matter what industry (dental, health etc…) there is more of a ‘you need me’ mentality and not enough emphasis gets placed on the client and the whole idea of customer service falls to the wayside. This is not the case with Simply Orthodontics and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!
