Our son was referred to Dr. Lewis at the Down Syndrome clinic at the Stollery's ...she is absolutely amazing and easy to talk to talk to. She has a wonderful bedside manner you can tell the compassion and love that she has for the children.

An absolutely AMAZING physician and person. We were referred to her a number of years ago with one of our daughters, and are truly thankful. She is intelligent, thoughtful, thorough, and instantly connects with your child. We do not look forward to the day when our daughter is taller than her and no longer needs the care of a pediatrician!!! This is the joke she makes with us, than once you are taller than her, you have to go to a regular physicain. All in all an outstanding doc, both for children and parents. Thanks for so much Dr. Lewis, and for my child looking forward to her next appt. with you all of the time.

I have both 2 boys,and she's great with them. I coujldn't ask for a better doctor. She is very personable and remembers all the little things. She talks to the kids like they are her patients rather then talking to us about them. I really have nothing bad to say about her. Best ped i'm happy that we found her.

Dr. Lewis is amazing. She was the doctor for my first son, and she is now following all 3 of my children. She always leaves you with an encouraging word and a compliment. I've never met a doctor like her. I totally recommend her!

So grateful to have Melanie on our team. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced in the most serious pediatric issues, and brings to the table a gentle, capable nursing hands, the ability to immediately connect with children, and deep compassion for the whole family. Mel takes care of the parents as well, always checking on on our well being. And this incredible package is wrapped in the sunniest personality and great sense of humor. Our lives are significantly better because of Mel and her team.

Hands down best doctor, she takes care of not just the children but the parents too, shes always asking how were doing and never makes it feel like your being “over paranoid” even if your child stumps her as to what the problem is she will not stop until she finds an answer shes more than happy with, she gives it her all and it shows through! I cant say enough of how amazing she is, gayle is also so lovely and helpful! They are a great pair!

I love this lady, I met her and Gayle 5 years ago when I had my twins and found out one of my girls was born with Down Syndrome. She has been awesome, she’s patient and happy and just all around an excellent Doctor.

Our newborn son with Down syndrome was blessed to be appointed to Dr. Lewis and Gayle we couldn’t be more impressed with how they have treated him. It touched out hearts when they referred to him as part of there family rather then one of there patients. The love and the care that they have shown our son has been a gift to our family and we couldn’t be more grateful.
