Dr Stewart has been my GI Doctor since I was diagnosed with Crohn's over a year ago. He has been a huge help in helping me manage this disease. He truly cares about his patients, and offers amazing care. I am sad to be leaving him as I am moving out of Alberta. Hope my next GI Dr will be as wonderful.

Very helpful and knows his stuff. I have seen a couple other GI’s over the years but he is the first to really explain my disease (crohns) tome and help me understand the treatment.

Dr. Stewart has made this diagnosis a bit easier to deal with. He’s willing to explain benefits and side affects of medications in a way that is easy to understand. So thankful I was referred to him.

I recently switched to Dr Stewart. He’s fantastic. Knowledgable, doesn’t make you feel rushed or unimportant. His booking clerk is rude though. I had to rebook an appointment twice (first time I was sick in bed with a bronchiole infection and the second time because my grandma passed away and I had to leave town unexpectedly to attend her funeral). The booking clerk gave me attitude and told me ‘Well, this isn’t ideal’ in a rude tone. I didn’t explain to her why I was cancelling because it’s none of her business, but she spoke to me in a way to try to make me feel guilty. It’s my prerogative to change an appointment when I need to. I gave almost a week’s notice, it’s not like I was calling last minute. I wouldn’t want this woman representing me and my practice.
