She made me feel like I did something wrong. I felt worse coming out of the appointment than I did going in. Why is she allowed to practice medicine?? Horrible person.

After being referred to three different dermatologists without success in treating my problem, I returned to Dr. Sathi, feeling desperate. The specialists had seen me once, given me a prescription and said I did not need to see them again. It seems that if their prescriptions do not work, it must be your own fault. When I told Dr. Sathi that I did not know who to turn to, she said, "I can not help you anymore," got up and walked out of the consulting room, closing the door behind her and leaving me sitting there alone. I have a new doctor now.

She's been my doctor for years and has always taken my health concerns seriously. I have nothing but nice things to say about her and her professionalism. My only issue is that I'm not supposed to bring more than one issue up per visit which can be burdensome.

I have been a patient of Sathi's since I was 5 years old and I am now 30. Sathi has always been warm and approachable however in recent years it has been next to impossible to get an appointment with her. You can no longer book appointments more than 24 hours prior which is tough for someone with a work schedule such as my self. In addition, I have expressed several concners to which I have not been referred to anyone for follow up. I may be on the paranoid side with certain things but I do feel that her thoroughness and attentiveness is not as good as it used to be. For the first time ever I am considering changing doctors.

I too have been a patient for a long time and I think her care and concern for her patients has really declined over that time. She always seems rushed and distracted. She can’t find things -like records of prescriptions – in her file. This has happened more than once. I have waited over an hour in her office for a scheduled appointment. This has also occured more than once. It’s too bad because she could really be a fabulous doctor but just can’t seem to get it together. I agree that her support staff leave a great deal to be desired and are part of the problem but the biggest issue is with her attitude toward her patients.

Nandini has been my doctor for many years — I followed her twice when her locatiom changed. As a seenior, I appreciate her approach, that her task is to help keep me in good health as long as possible.

She had been my doctor for many years, and had provided consistently excellent service.

On my last visit Dr Sathi told me she did not have enought time to talk about my medical issue, and that I could book another appointement. All she wanted to do was hand me my repeat prescription. I reminded her that I was only in her office for 5 minutes. Her answer was “I am running late today”. I was in shock and left. I asked the secretary to reverse the OHIP info that was sent as I did not get any care. I told her that I would be reporting this to OHIP, as it is called FRAUD. I have now changed my doctor.

I find Dr Sathi impatient, rude & would rather misdiagnose than spend time getting to the root of the problem. She put me on beta-blocker high blood pressure med. &i immediately developed a most horrific, debilitating cough. She told me it was impossible that the meds were causing it, told me i probably had post-nasal drip (even tho i told her i have no drip), and wrote a script for an inhaler. I changed doctors.. am now off beta-blockers, have no side effects from current bp meds. Also – i asked Dr Sathi about my recent blood test results.. she looked in my file and said she had a note to ‘call patient in’.. well, nobody called me! I just happened to be in her ofice for the bp problem. Lastly, i had impacted ear wax & it’s uncomfortable.. she told me to make an appt to have the ear syringed.. i did plus see her on the bp problem… during my appt she said she didn’t have time to syringe my ear.. i told her it’s been 2 weeks and is really uncomfortable.. she said, rudely, make an appt.
