I have been seeing Nandini as a patient for over 10 years. Yes, sometimes she is rushed, but she has a busy practice. She listens to me, and I have found her to be very knowledgeable and kind. Yes, I have been told that she doesn't have time for an issue that I have brought up that is unrelated to the reason I am in that day, and to make another appointment. Given the number of people that she has to see in a day, I understand. If she doesn't remember something, then I remind her - she is human and can't be expected to remember everything. We are partners in my health care, and I have a responsibility too. When I have been upset about something, Nandini takes the time to listen, and sometimes hugs me at the end of my visit. On the whole I find her very personable, everyone has off days. I have followed her through 4 changes of location, and will continue to follow her.

The office staff are rude and quite gruff. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment.

I have been seeing dr. Sathi for four years and she has been very helpful- even once holding my hand when I came in to get treatment for depression. She has been very supportive of me and always remembers what’s going on in my life despite long periods of time between visits. The office’s 24 appointment policy has been troublesome though because I want to be able to book appointments- particularly ones related to my mental illness with a doctor that I know.

not that available, and mostly distracted. I think she is not happy in this role.

I think that she is an outstanding Family Physician.

She made me feel like I was wasting her time. I wouldn’t send my enemy to see this doctor.
