Niel is very personable and funny. I have been a regular patient for years and I now need a bunion operations. The only problem is that I don't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the office and have even commented to the front desk. I am hoping that this post will help as I trust Niel and would like him to do the operation.

Dr. Neil Naftolin is very knowledgeable, hilarious, a really nice guy, and makes you feel important and comfortable. I was very nervous to have surgery on my toes, but he make sure I was relaxed and felt no pain, trying to ease my anxiety and distract me with jokes and riddles! He's very talented and I would recommend him to any family or friend for help with foot pain.

Dr. Naftolin is an amazing podiatrist! Being only 23 years old with a 3 year long chronic injury (cuboid syndrome), I have seen an abundance of doctors and surgeons. Dr. Naftolin is one of the most intelligent, patient, kind, and reasonable doctors I have come across. He made me comfortable orthotics that actually have worked and increased my walking ability from 20 minutes to (best day) 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I am so thankful! Realizing that his level of patient care should be the standard, I will not ever settle for less he is the best of the best. Every doctor should aim to be like Dr. Naftolin. He is a true gem.

Dr Naftolin provided excellent care and I am extremely pleased with the result of my two bunion surgeries. I have 2 tiny incision scars on each foot. The healing process was virtually painless. Dr Nafotlin has superb expertise and experience and his staff is very kind and friendly also. I highly recommend Dr. Naftolin.

I just had my bunion surgery. I was concerned about how it was going to be, especially being awake. It was not easy, but Dr. Naftolin really knows what he is doing. He made me comfortable by making me feel like I was a guest in his home. Pillows if I needed them, a dvd to distract me, but it was his caring and personality that got me through. The needles weren’t too bad, either. If you are considering bunion surgery and are afraid, don’t be. He is absolutely unequivocably wonderful. He is doubly gifted: knowledge and expertise and personality and sense of humour (ok, 4 times gifted). His staff are fantastic too, not the usual “guard dogs” that make it difficult to see the doctor or make appointments. If you are having any foot problems, don’t delay, see Dr. Naftolin today! The best decision made, concerning my feet, was seeing Dr. Naftolin. I was suffering with bunion pain for a few years. Dr. Naftolin treated me as, I believe, he would treat a member of his family. His staff is caring and warm. He tried several treatment plans before we finally decided on the bunion surgery. The surgery was perfect and I felt completely at ease in his capable hands. He even gave me his home number, should I have any after hour concerns. 10 months later, looking at my foot, you can barely see a scar! He is a master in his profession and a true gem of a human being.

Dr. Naftolin is the platinum standard for knowledgeable professional. Equally, he is a dear soul who instinctively reassures and advises his patients on a most restorative course of action. He gets results. He changes lives for the better. After 5 years of unrelenting misery, I’m so glad I lost my previous (useless) orthotics on the bus and discovered Doctor Naftolin (hiding in plain sight, in a clinic beside North York General). In 2001, I thought I had broken my foot because the pain was so severe. Neil Naftolin was recommended to me and within 10 minutes, he diagnosed my problem. I was then casted and have had orthotics ever since with no foot pain. I have just seen him again to refurbish my orthotics and he is as efficient and knowledgeable as ever. He is an outstanding podiatrist.

Dr. Naftolin was recommended, little did I know what a great doctor I had found. I had a procedure done on my bunion and hammer toe, it went very well. Dr. Naftolin with his sense of humour made it very easy, I felt very comfortable and he made sure that I was fine during the whole procedure. Left the office walking with my foot frozen and I was pleasantly surprised at how little discomfort I felt afterwards. Once a week I had the bandages changed which reassured me that it was healing properly. Dont look anywhere else you have found the right Podiatrist!
