Dr.H is incredible. I read some people complaining about being rushed, I happen to like that. I come prepared with a list of things to discuss (a real list, not one in my head) and we start at the top and end at the bottom, all within 15 minutes. I have found that if I am thorough and honest in reporting my issues, he is excellent in helping my manage the outcomes. He is just a Doctor people, not a miracle worker or savant. It is up to you to manage your health, he is a resource for you. You still have to be your own advocate. That said, I have been able to bring Dr. H articles I have found about alternative treatments and he is always very responsive to new ideas, and often has some info about what I show him. Just today we were able to call in, tell Kelly what we are looking for, and he tees up Dr. H. I really wish more people had a doctor like Dr.Herget. He's fanatastic!!

I am a new patient in downtown core and find him very helpful and caring he does rush me through sometimes but he does listen to my concerns and act on them his office is very clean and he has spacing between patients due to Covid

Dr. Herget is an incredible family physician. Being a new patient during COVID-19 he listened to my concerns and helped me get a diagnosis that I should have received 2 decades ago. Because Dr. Herget took the time to listen to my medical complaints and let me express myself my life has been completely and forever changed for the better.
He is an incredibly compassionate physician who genuinely wants to see his patients get better. He isn’t one to just shove a prescription in your face as a bandaid solution, but he works with you exploring any and all avenues to help you get better.
I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I’ve had an appointment. I’ve never felt like I’m being rushed out of the doctors office or my appointment.
I’ve had no problems with his front desk staff, Kelly. He is knowledgeable about his job and takes the time to answer questions. Some say he is cold or even rude but I don’t find that at all.
My biggest regret is not finding Dr. Herget 10 years ago.

It has been weeks of no being able to get through on the phone and when going there the clinic is completely gone. No notice or warning or note on the door.

I am new to Dr. Hergret. Such a nice doctor. He listen very carefully. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I will be very sad the day he retire. I don’t think I will be able to find some one good as doctor.
How ever the receptionist guy at the doctors office is very rude. I have seen him sitting there with his cellphone while the telephone rings and not answering at all. There been days I tried to call him to get an appointment and nobody answers. He is very careless and ignorant.for that i have to take one star from this. I wish Dr would hire someone else.
