Was in to see Dr. Stendardo a couple times and liked him so much that he is now my family doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, doesn't always default to a prescription. I can't understand some of the comments on this board. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a physician and physicians office staff. There was only one person ahead of me and I waited for over 1 hour in the medical room, before I went to see what was happening, and I was informed that the doctor decided to go on lunch and would not be back for at least another hour so I would have to wait or book another day. They were incredibly rude when I asked why they did not come in to tell me or let me know before I went into the room that the doctor may not be able to treat me, as I wasted over 2 hours of time that I was in a lot of pain and could have gone elsewhere. The response was "sorry but the doctor has the right to eat when they decide to". When I said it will only take 10 minutes, their response was "that's what all the patients say". When I commented on their advertised wait-times, and that the Appletree Medical push you to follow their wait times to book or walk in, they said the wait times are not accurate because they can't be expected to update every minute. Suffice to say, no service, poor attitude, and Appletree Medical, when contacted, said they could not do anything because each facility operates independently. So much for all their claims. Disgusted by the doctor, the staff and Appletree Medical.

I've been seeing Dr. Stendardo for a few years now, including appointments for a chronic condition. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Appletree has some very ridiculous corporate efficiency-mandating policies, admittedly, but even in light of these issues, he has addressed each of my concerns without fail, and has always been helpful and reassuring

The most arrogant health professional I have ever come across. Does not deserve to practice. I have struggled with an eating disorder for the past 9 years and when I brought it up in our appointment he said 'It Doesn't Look like you have any problems eating.' I couldn't believe how insensitive and inappropriate this comment was. If I was in an unhealthy place emotionally right now a comment like that could cause serious damage to the way I see my body.

Dr Stendardo is a kind and tolerant man who does not judge his patients and whose goal is to make you feel comfortable and deal with your problem. I wish there were more guys like him around!

Dr. Stendardo is awesome! I’ve been to him several times over the last year and I’m very selective about my doctor’s since I really don’t like going but he’s very good at making me feel relaxed. A few months ago I developed a bit of an unusual condition and I was really uncomfortable and Dr. Stendardo was fantastic in getting me through it. I never once felt as though he was judging or being dismissive. I highly recommend Dr. Stendardo.

Came across as very condescending. Laissez faire attitude – I didn’t feel he was taking my concern seriously.
