He needs an atitude check and a slap on the wrist.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a physician and physicians office staff. There was only one person ahead of me and I waited for over 1 hour in the medical room, before I went to see what was happening, and I was informed that the doctor decided to go on lunch and would not be back for at least another hour so I would have to wait or book another day. They were incredibly rude when I asked why they did not come in to tell me or let me know before I went into the room that the doctor may not be able to treat me, as I wasted over 2 hours of time that I was in a lot of pain and could have gone elsewhere. The response was “sorry but the doctor has the right to eat when they decide to”. When I said it will only take 10 minutes, their response was “that’s what all the patients say”. When I commented on their advertised wait-times, and that the Appletree Medical push you to follow their wait times to book or walk in, they said the wait times are not accurate because they can’t be expected to update every minute. Suffice to say, no service, poor attitude, and Appletree Medical, when contacted, said they could not do anything because each facility operates independently. So much for all their claims. Disgusted by the doctor, the staff and Appletree Medical.
