I went to Dupont Hospital for an renal and bladder ultrasound. While the ultrasound technician was courteous, professional, and competent, the hospital support system and cost left me unimpressed. The test took three times longer than scheduled because someone at the hospital incorrectly coded the test and I was given the wrong pre-test prep instructions. When I asked how it happened; I was told that this issue had occurred several times in the last few weeks. In addition, my co-pay was twice the cost of a recent ultrasound at Parkview because the Dupont ultrasound cost more than Parkview tests.

Nurses were very attentive. Introduced themselves and checked several times before my procedure to make sure I was doing okay and didn’t need anything.
Anesthesiologist and doctor both came before the procedure and explained what they would be doing. Started and ended right on schedule.

We just had our 4th baby and our nurses were absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our experience there.
