Have always had a positive experience until this visit. Everything that could go wrong, Did…I sat in the waiting room 3 1/2 hours, no one would tell me the truth,. ..once my tests began, it was very rushed, feeding me 3 1/2 hour old food that made me want to vomit and staining my clothes with no apology. The technician actually lied to her boss that she didn’t spill any die on my clothes when I ask for the pants to be replaced. Even the other lab techs in the room were surprised by her rushing around and stopping the tests early. No one ever reached out, I have had to make the calls, leg work and they still haven’t taken care of this over 2 months later. I was told to buy the pants and they would reimburse me. Funny, there is no reimbursement as of yet! They wasted no time charging my Insurance Company and my out of pocket expense…funny how they only care about the money and could care less about fixing a wrong, customer service, or doing the right thing! Not impressed!

Great service provided by surgical staff pre, and post op. Kudos to;
Amanda surgical RN, Jill , Becky, Tammy, Leslie, Chelsea, Deborah, Dr. Lippie, and Dr. Pasalich for making my surgical experience very good! Would recommend to family and friends.
