My mom was at Kindred Sugar land for several weeks and we had a very good experience. The nurses were so kind and caring to both of us, because i stayed with her a lot. The kitchen staff , Barbara, would even make me a plate and place it in the warmer until i got ready to pick it up. I have never been treated so kindly. My mom ended up being discharged on hospice and it was a very difficult decision for me,.but everyone there was so kind and supportive to help me make the decision. Monica even found a priest to come give mom her last rites. It was such a kind and compassionate thing to do. I was so impressed how they just made everything see ok when i thought i wouldn’t make it. Debbie the pastor was helpful with guidance also. I wish i could remember everyone who took care of us while we were there, but there were so many people that helped and took care of her. The therapy department even worked with. Mom for some time to see if they could get her stronger, but with her breathing they never could. I just want to thank them all from the bottom, of my heart. I will never forget what each and everyone did for her.

Pleasant atmosphere and staff at Kindred Sugar Land. I was skeptical when the doctors told me i had to stay in a hospital for my antibiotics, but this place made me feel welcome and eased my fears. I am glad to have met the staff and thankful for all their help.

It was very good and very attentive. The care has been very good. Therapy has been good and has gotten me going good. They pushed me when i didn’t want to be pushed. The shrimp linguini was wonderful last night. The food has been exceptional. They answer the buzzer really quick and i appreciate that. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs this kind of hospital. Thank you, Kindred Sugar Land. Ms Flowers

My mother was at kindred sugar land for somtime and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The care and compassion was exceptional and I am so glad I chose this hospital. My mother was unable to participate in therapy, but they would some range of motion exercises and the nurses would make sure she was turned and cleaned. Monica was wonderful. She would help me with communicating my needs and questions to the doctor or case manager. I am so thankful for my experience and leave with knowing I have done everything in my power for my mother.

Very satisfied with Kindred. The nursing staff has been great except Mom cannot wipe herself and when she ask for assistance they roll their eyes. To me it just looks like they are shocked to be asked for help. Other than that physical therapy group is wonderful. Mom love the sugar cookies want to take 4 home with her and food was good, however styrofoam containers for past 2 days sucked. Everybody has been so nice to Mom, good spirits and awesome. The people who took care of us during Harvey ( 1st time mom was here) were so nice and i know they couldn't go home and couldn't check on their house and families but they stayed so nice during such a stressful time. Everybody was so sweet. We have been very satisfied with our stay this 2nd time around.
