We had such a positive experience at Kindred Sugar Land, the staff, from the moment we arrived were so kind and caring. Every need attended to (sometimes before we even knew we needed it) so quickly. They all had smiles on their faces, a warm touch in their hands and such positive attitudes. I was thankful this was the place we chose for my healing and feel blessed beyond measure they were so qualified to help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. MB

I have been to Kindred Sugar Land twice and both times it has been a very good experience. This time especially good, i got confused and didn’t know what i was doing and they all helped me. Instead of being angry and judge mental they just helped and figured out i was confused from my medication. Not many places would get the whole team together and figure it out. The nurses, doctors and therapist knew me so well, that they knew if was not acting normal and pulled together to figure it out. My family and myself are so thankful for them I would recommend this facility to everyone that asked.

I have been to a lot of hospitals and i can say this has been the best hospital i have ever stayed at. It was so clean and thanks to Alex from housekeeping, because she is such a hard worker and gets things done fast. The food was absolutely delicious and the kitchen staff was wonderful. The staff treated me with such loving kindness that i have never experienced before. They just come in and hug me. I have fell in love with everyone of them and want to take them all home with me. Kim, Teresa, Belinda, merrim and Cheru from 2nd floor were all my favorites. And Fred, from HBO would bring me magazines after his wife was finished with them. I loved playing bingo in the gym during therapy. If i ever have to stay in a hospital again, i will insist on Kindred Sugar Land.

The nurses and doctors knew exactly what they were doing. I was glad i got my antibiotics and was able to go home. Thank you to all the people that took care of me

I was so grateful to Kindred Sugar Land for taking such good care of me when i was there. They answered the call light quickly when i called, helped feed me and the therapy department was good about getting me out. Of bed. I was able to complete my antibiotics and be released back to the nursing home.

We had a really good stay at Kindreed Sugar land. The staff was prompt with our needs, therapy department pushed to make my wife work and get stronger, the kitchen was prompt with a replacement meal and the food was delicious. I hope to never come back, but if I needed this kind of hospital, I could not hesitate.

My mother, Elodie Smallwood, has been a patient here since March 20, 2017. I have spent a lot of time at this facility. I want to commend several employees for not only being professionals, but also patient, tolerant, kind, and passionate about the service they render to not only the patients, but also family members. As I watched my mother deal with her medical issues, it was your staff who comforted me. The following employees are exceptional in my opinion: nurses - Mary, Tennyson, Art, Esther, and Barbara; nurses assistants - Michelle, Phila, Carol and Alice; physical therapist - Kelly; and Nurse Supervisors - Denise and Sylvia. Sincerely, Lana Rucket

My stay was full of ups and downs mentally.... I have been sick for a very long time forcing me in and out of the hospitals. I have had many days that I would just want to give up, but one of the staff members would pop in and say "Hey, you look great today!"And it would inspire me and quit feeling sorry for myself. I was unable to do much therapy, but I participated when I could and am grateful they didn't give up on me. When people are sick attitude is everything and I am blessed to have been at Kindred Sugar Land to continue my recovery....
