I am very pleased with both the staff and especially Dr. Leavitt. I got all my questions answered by the doctor himself. Simple and straightforward. I was particularly impressed by the patience Dr. Leavitt showed while dealing with the difficulties Alberta health system is having at the present. I want to thank the Doctor and the supporting staff for the excellent performance. Thank you

Dr. Leavitt was very amicable, greeting me with a “Hi, I’m Dr Leavitt, nice to meet you.” My doctor ordered X-rays, but Dr Leavitt said they did not show the angle he wanted to see. No problem. They had their own X-ray machine and could do it right away. His assistant came to get me within a few minutes. She took the multiple needed X-rays. It was so simple. Moments later I was back in the patient room and Dr Leavitt came in a minute later. He always knocked first before entering. He showed me the X-rays on his computer screen and where the problem area was located. He then explained the procedure he would need to do. He let me know his schedule was currently a year wait for surgery, but it’s longer for some other types. He gave me options. I had researched Dr Leavitt prior to having my regular doctor schedule an appointment and I am pleased I chose Dr Leavitt. I will be returning. His staff were all pleasant and friendly too. They all seemed very knowledgeable and competent at their jobs. That is important. I’ll be returning in the future for the surgical procedure which is pretty minor. At no time did I feel rushed.

I saw Dr Leavitt for a problem that I've been having after an accident. ( 12 years) he took the time with me and explain everything. I feel like he is taking the good step to help me . The personal are also carrying and very nice. Thanks to all the team Lise

Great information. Dr. Suggested I tape my feet when I’m climbing. This has made a big difference it’s been wonderful. I have my orthotics now so I’m hoping to see more improvement over the coming weeks. Thank you!

I had to come here and comment how much I appreciated my visit with Dr. Leavit. I saw another doctor for the same problem who told me I just had “live with it” for my painful foot. Dr Leavit gave me so many options and told me pros and cons of every treatment. I found him extremely honest and caring. I am excited to see how my foot responds to the therapy.

I am 3 months out of surgery on a tendon in my ankle. I highly recommend Dr Leavitt for surgery. I saw a couple of other doctors who really didn’t know what to do. I found Dr Leavitt and my experience as been wonderful and I am well on my way to get back on the golf course this spring. A+

Dr. Leavitt knows his stuff. And addressed my issues. I have full faith in him.
His reception staff on two of the three times I have visited were rude and condescending. They do not reflect positively on this clinic

Excellent care by Dr.Darren Leavitt. He responded efficiently and professionally to my foot problem. Great scheduling facilitation by office staff. No complaints, only appreciation. I highly recommend The foot Institute!

I went in in early November, with blackened and very painful toenail that was keeping me awake at night. My toe was hurting so badly that I couldn’t wear shoes – I went in flip flops. Dr. Levitt knew what to do. He drilled into my nail and drained my toe and I felt relief immediately. So glad that I went here!
