I really like Dr. Azer, he delivered all three of my girls, got to know my family and spent as much time with me as I needed. I felt he really cared about me as a patient and listened to my concerns when I had them.

Been to Dr. Azer before and had terrible experiences! Wasn’t professional or empathetic! Got some tests done as per his recommendation. A few days later, his office called me saying it was urgent that he see me again.. When I finally made it in, he asked me what I was coming in for!! You think he’d rememever who I was or at least read my file before coming in!!! Not only did the tests results not find anything (making me lose out on a days work) but he made the same recommendations that I had told him haven’t worked in the past. Plus, he said that some of the procedures that would help, couldn’t be preformed because of my age. He is literally the worst doctor I’ve encountered and I’m surprised that he’s still practicing!! This is why I drive all the way into the city to see someone. Useless…

I read the reviews of Dr Azer before I had my first visit with him and was prepared to meet him head on if I didn’t feel he was giving me the care and attention I required and was on my guard. I can understand why some people might find his style or lack of bed side manor disconcerting but I found it refreshing. He’s extremely straight to the point, direct and blunt. He gave me the facts and was extremely knowledgeable about my issue. He explained everything fully and gave me all the options. He didn’t wrap the details in cotton wool but his straight talking can be misconstrued as lack of interest but if you accept that this is his style, it is easy to see that he is very capable and it didn’t put me off and I am very happy with him as a doctor. I think most patients seeing Dr Azer feel vulnerable dealing with sensitive issues and might misconstrue his sharp directness as hostile or uncaring but taking personal hurt feelings out of the equation and just dealing in the facts which gets results which is what counts at the end of the day and gets to the heart of the issue very quickly. It’s nothing personal, he is a doctor and he gets results. I was very happy with the care I received from Dr Azer.

I have heard lots of complaints about Dr. Azer, but he did my hysterectomy about 9 years ago and have not issues with him myself, yes he is often late for appointments, but unfortunately most babies being born are not scheduled appointments, so it’s understandable. I have gone to him yearly ever since. I find him to be more thorough than my family Dr is when it comes to yearly female check ups.

Very rude doctor. He didn’t greet me when he entered the room both times. The first visit I had he barely acknowledged me. Spent most of the time typing on his computer. The second visit again didn’t really talk to me at all. He didn’t examine me even though he performed surgery on me a week earlier and didn’t have all the right information. Took a personal call right in the middle of my appointment. Spent the whole time typing on his computer. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. I will warn anyone I know to stay away.

Don’t waste your time with Dr. Azer. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor before. First of all, the receptionist doesn’t answer calls, then when I try to explain my situation, he starts telling me that my problem is my family doctor’s concern and not his. He then tells me that my blood test from a year and a half ago says my hemoglobin is low and that i’m probably bleeding internally.. then goes and takes a ten minute personal call on his cell phone right outside the door! Then when he finally listens to me, he examines me and sits there for 10 minutes on his computer not talking to me while I’m literally waiting to put my pants back on!! Then he says ‘ I’m not wasting your time just give me a minute’ and didn’t even finish writing up my prescription so I had to wait while he finished with another patient to come bring me a prescription he **HOPES** will help. WORST experience of my life. I sincerely hope you can avoid this happening to you!!
