I hate going into his office. It takes forever. I live an hour away and I have to bring my 1 1/2 yr old son in with me to my appts. Needless to say he gets restless waiting there for an average of 2 hrs. When I do finally get in he is with me for 5 mins and I dont understand a word he is saying. If I have more kids I will not be going to see him thats for sure.

Absolutely awful doctor. If you want a doctor who actually cares about their patients, find a different gyno. This one is rude, condescending and only cares about carrying around his computer.

I was referred to Dr. Azer after I had told my family doctor my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year. I was sent for some tests and saw Dr. Azer shortly after. He bluntly told me that I was not ovulating. When I asked if this could be an issue that could have started recently he made me feel stupid and repeated that I am not ovulating. He proceeded to say that 90% of women get pregnant in the first year, I am not one of them and I now only have a 10% chance of getting pregnant. He then started talking to me about money and the cost associated with paying a fertility clinic to get me pregnant. (I was practically in tears by this point and he’s telling me I have to start saving $10000). On top of it he said none of that can be done if my husbands sperm count was not right. He sent my hubby for an analysis. Saw this doctor again, this time he said he needed to talk to my husband by himself and called him out of the room. I sat there shaking by myself wondering why he needed to take him away. They returned and I saw the most disappointed look on my husbands face. Dr Azer then asked him if it was okay to tell me what they had just talked about. Of course my husband said it was OK, and I heard him say my husband sperm is low and there is nothing that can be done. I cried and cried infront of him. He had no compassion and just plainly said, “you look defeated my friend” . Uh well DUHHH! He said the only option at that point was to test my husband in another 3 months. WELL GUESS WHAT….IT TURNED OUT I WAS ALREADY PREGNANT THE WHOLE TIME! He didn’t even think to send me for a pregnancy test!!! He could have single handily made me lose my baby because of all the stress he caused me mentally and physically!!! I am now 9 months pregnant and due any day. I would not suggest anyone see this man unless you really have no choice! HORRIBLE, horrible, horrible doctor!

I have been to see Dr Azer since 2009. Given, his bed side manners leave something to be desired, I have continued to see him as I have found him knowledgeable. This review is about his staff. I’m pretty sure they have received their credentials off of the Internet. They have no communication within the office, can’t seem to recall when Dr Azer is even in the office etc etc. I was supposed to come in for a Leep procedure in feb and wasn’t told this until I went in for a check up in October. Now I have received 3 phone calls in a week, twice from the same woman, stating that I need to come in and discuss my results although Dr Azer had told me that the next time I come in is for the Leep and his staff was supposed to book that and call me with the date to do it. I would recommend Dr Azer but because of his staff, and their lack of basic note taking, I would go somewhere else.
