I agree with some of the reviews. I have seen him several times now for a condition and follow up and each time he asks “What are you here for” He told me to come back!!! He never once examined me for what I have and at first tried to convince me I didn’t have it. After a biopsy (at my instance) it was confirmed I have a condition. I will be looking for a new doctor

I had read a ton of reviews about Dr. Azer before my visit and was a little nervous after all of the negative things people had to say! I have now been seeing Dr. Azer for a few months, he did everything he could medically to help me ovulate and finally become pregnant. My husband and I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Azer. He is a little cut and dry but if you tell him you don’t understand he will continue to explain things. He does not sugar coat results. If your looking for a doctor that is not there to socialize and is interested in treating the problem then he’s great.

He tells it like it is but doesn’t judge. Found issues that other Drs overlooked. Very knowledgeable. I absolutely love him and his staff. I wasn’t going to go see him first bc of the reviews but glad I took a chance. He is fabulous!!

Doctor Azer at the Ross Creek medical clinic is HORRIBLE. The least helpful medical “professional” I have EVER encountered. Made the appointment for a consult on a specific type of birth control. He told me about what that method involved and then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t available in Canada, so he could do a different method called IUD. I asked him to tell me about this IUD and instead of telling me anything about it he picks up a pamphlet puts it in my hand and says Read it and ask if you have any questions. Then leaves the room. I made an appointment to be given a pamphlet?! What a lousy doctor. The staff at the Ross Creek centre are great which is the only reason his ratings are better than a 1. Avoid this doctor at all costs, I use this term lightly because it doesn’t take a doctor to hand out pamphlets.

Dr. Azer is a wonderful doctor im due in 3 days and from the beginning he has been wonderful yes he's sometimes rushed but its because he doesnt wanna keep patients waiting either. if you ask him something he'll take his time and explain to you.. you can tell he knows what hes talking about! If you want someone thats gonna hold your hand then go see your mom!

THE WORST DOCTER I'VE EVER SEEN... I started seeing him at my 8 weeks pregnancy; Dr. Azer sent me for my Ultrasound and blood screening, and 3 weeks after I went for my appointment and, asked Doctor about the results for blood screening and ultrasound and Dr. Azer told me that everything came back normal. Sow I continued seeing him for my regulars appointment and at my 18 weeks pregnancy he sent me for my anatomy ultrasound, and went to see him again at my 20 weeks after telling me that my blood work triple screening were normal before, he has the face to tell me that my blood work came back abnormal. Look like he didn't look at it before. Dr. rushed to make a phone call to Royal Alex to send me for an amniocentesis was a little be to late to do all of that. Im so mad at that Dr. he did not apologize for his big mistake. Please be careful with that DR.

I was Dr Azers patient in October of 2013. I had gotten an IUD inserted and never before have I ever seen such poor manners from someone working in the medical field. While my legs were in the stirrups he had the audacity to give**** to a nurse for his "scratched equipment". Not only did he embarrass me and the nurse (who by the way was extremely polite and caring) he embarrassed himself by doing so. After the insertion while I was crying because of the amount of pain he put me in because of how rough he was he looked at me and said "so whose the lucky guy you're getting this for". I am a 17 year old girl and never thought that a DOCTOR could make me feel that uncomfortable. 2 weeks after the insertion I had to go to the hospital to get it removed because it was misplaced and put in wrong. When I went back to tell him what happened he told me he wasn't the one who put my IUD in and it didn't actually fall out I just needed my strings cut. Needless to say, I am never going back.

I would not recommend dr.Azer to anyone As a patient I believe you have a right to be respected, cared for and have an opinion on what happens to your body. When I went in for my app I had to wait for some time and in the meanwhile I could hear him talking through the walls to other patients. Then when he did come into my room he didn't greet or introduce himself. He quickly just said what are you here for. I told him who I was and my reasons for being there. I had intentions to go over my birth plan and discuss procedures with him. I said my first request which was not unreasonable, asking that I would prefer not being hooked up to IV if not medically necessary. Immediately he said he could not take me on as a client that he forces all his patients to be hooked up to an IV immediately once coming to the hospital and that was end of conversation. I didn't last 2 minutes in the room with him. I am a trained doula and know that what I asked was not unreasonable. Do research if you do.

I wanted to be referred to another hospital for my delivery that was closer to my home. As soon as I asked he stood up said "you are no longer my patient, good bye" and walked out...I asked for my letter of estimated due date and he said "you will have to ask your new doctor" are you kidding me? I had been with him for 5 years as my OB, never was prepared for our sessions, always asked "so why are you here" at 30 weeks pregnant, there is 1 reason to be in his office...When we found out we were having complications he never explained to me what they were properly. I went to a walk in clinic and found out that it was not as serious as previously thought. I am happy to be waiting to see another OB for my delivery.
