Waited 4 hours just to get a covid test while I have a fever of 102.9 sat in a hard chair while in pain. I'm from Michigan and I have never had service as awful as I did at Dupont hospital

The entire staff from the clerk who checked me in up front to the nursing staff in the back, everyone was extremely friendly & wonderful to deal with. This wasn’t my first visit and that’s been my experience on each visit. So it’s nice to know that’s become the way I know I can expect to be treated.

While no one enjoys the hospital stay, DuPont is my best experience. The staff was so polite and attending. The doctors were great. Being able to order food at anytime is fantastic. Hope I never have to stay in the hospital again, but if so it’ll be DuPont.
