Had a diagnostic mammogram at the Dupont Breast Center and was impressed. I was valued - was treated with respect and my felt personal information was kept confidential (separate area for checking in, not at the counter where everyone in the room could hear). The tech who took me back was the same person who did the mammogram - no “handoff” like at Parkview so it felt more personal throughout the experience. Ashley was my tech & she was wonderful. I have always gone to Parkview but was able to get an appointment for my “callback” mammogram here two weeks earlier than at Parkview where they seemed uncaring about my fear waiting for a diagnosis. For my future mammograms I will definitely go to (and recommend) Dupont over the Parkview “assembly line” experience.

It was cruel to send me home after my hysterectomy and other suspension work. Due to the amount of pain I was in, I should have spent the night in the hospital. The staff waited to long to insert a catheter after I was not able to urinate.
