We have had the most wonderful experience with the entire staff in the labor and delivery department for each of our births. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable, healthy and happy. Dr. Wheeler is the most excellent physician I have ever come across. We will forever be grateful for him and the incredible amount of care and dedication he had for me and our children.

I was recommended to your facility by my Hospice Grief Councilor. Your service, staff the doctors and nurses, were wonderful & made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have my surgery there. In the pre-op workup the NP's were able to fine me a very good pulmonologist. My surgery was successful because of the excellent care I received before and during the procedure. I want to say “Great job,' ‘Well done.' “

I was admitted to ICU on Thursday last week for low potassium and my feeding tube was plugged up! They told I would have to go to surgery Friday to place a new tube! I was NPO after 11:00. I was told I would go to surgery at 2:00 PM well…….2:00 came, 3:00 came, 4:00 cans and went… finally around 4:30 the nurse Mary came in and pulled up a chair and told me that they could not do the surgery because interventional Radiology didn't have the right size tube snd they were going to discharge me I would have to go to Parkview on Monday, this meant I would not be able to feed till then!! I went all night and all day with nothing to eat and no feeding!! Needless to say I any very upset and I will never come back to Dupont again!! Your nurses are wonderful but I feel that the radiologist owes me an apology!! I'm an RN myself and I know it if doctors and nurses, I have never been treated so poorly and disrespected! They should have checked their inventory when they scheduled the surgery! They should be disciplined!!

I waited longer than 30 minutes. I appreciate a calm tech when exam is done. The tech did not give off calming vibe. She seemed stressed. She did give all info as usual for exam but was in a hurried fashion. This was not the usual manner for a tech preforming the exam.
