๐Overview
Granuloma annulare is a benign, chronic skin condition characterized by the appearance of raised, reddish or skin-colored bumps that typically form a ring pattern. These lesions most commonly develop on the hands and feet, though they may appear on other areas of the body.
This dermatological disorder is considered noncontagious and is often asymptomatic, meaning it generally does not cause pain or itching. While the underlying cause is frequently unidentified, it is classified as a well-recognized inflammatory response within the dermal tissue.
