He is the most arrogant doctor. He should be happy to be in Canada and not in South Africa anymore. Should treat people with respect.

Dr Birkill saved my life! He was the first Dr to take my problems seriously. I grant that he can come off as arogant but if you keep talking he will help.

He was very arrogant and I felt he prescribed medicine just to get rid of me and that is not what I wanted. This was my first visit to him and he didn’t know anything about me. He should have investigated the problem a little more instead of just throwing meds at it and lets see what happens attitude. this is why I rated him so low on the helpful scale.
