    I am a patient here at Kindred and I want to recognize one of my CNA’S .
    Nege , she I s a professional. She is exceptional at her job. Thoughtful to her patients.
    When I got to know her she was quite funny. I love having her,

    We are leaving today and I told Sam I wanted to recognize a few wonderful people including her!
    She asked me not to , to just acknowledge kindreds wonderful nurses and CNA’S,
    However I have to acknowledge her, Kindred is lucky to have a person as caring and dedicated as Sam, from day one she has been there for us.
    Melinda the Nurse Supervisor is amazing! She is empathtic and pays attention to urgent matters. She is professional and well educated, thank the Lord.
    Anita and Liz are so gentle and kind to me and the patient, terrific CNAS !,

    I came back to Kindred today to say thank you to a few of the wonderful people who
    cared so much for my husband while he was a patient at Kindred.
    I ran into Sam and told her why I was here , however two of the people I came to see in rehab were busy so she suggested I do review.
    I’m not sure what to write except how great Ingrid and Yona were with my husband, they
    were amazing and never gave up. I told Sam when I think of Kindred I think of them and the
    kind people at the front desk, Erika who always would listen and go the extra mile to help.
    Kevin who always remembered my husbands room number.
    And you Sam who was always there to help in any way you could.
    This is what I will remember when I think of Kindred.

    I asked Sam if I could add a few more people to my review. As I forgot a few people.
    I want to mention Hope, she has a positive attitude and is a great nurse who cares
    about you.
    Rachelle Friedman is a great nurse who listens to you. She is a very nice nurse
    she is a very giving person.
    David Benjamin was a big help to me, very nice man.
    I want to mention a Mary the pic line nurse, she is very pleasant. She makes you feel
    good about yourself.
    Then my wound care team, Alina And Nicole., what a team. Alina is a very nice person
    , she takes good care of my wound. Nicole is a person who smiles a lot and
    I asked her why she smiles so much she said she loves her job and helping her
    Patients,that made me feel good.

    I went to Sam with a few issues I had regarding my son's care. After she resolved my Issues we sat and talked for awhile and she asked me if there were any nurses or CNA's or other staff that had stood out in my mind in caring for my son and I realized there were several. The nurse Maxine has so impressed me. She is really kind and seems to have a heart of gold. My son's every need was met when she was his nurse. I'm sure she loves what she does. There was a young nurse that was shadowing Maxine one day when they took care of my son. They are the Dynamic Duo, words can not describe what a team they are! Not sure of her name Fisleia, but what a team thank you. Marie, the RT person, was so comforting each time I dealt with her concerning my son. She was most willing to go that extra mile, what a joy. Talked with Nicole about my son's wound care. She was very exact and to the point. She explained in layman's terms so I could understand, thank you Nicole.

    My wife is leaving Kindred today and we are going to another facility. I hope my wife receives the same good care there as she has received here. The nurses have been good and Sam, my Bella, she is the best.

    My mother is on the floor here at Kindred and I have to mention one of nurses, Rogette. Rogette always came in with a smile, she gave my mom really good care and checked on her regularly . She was the first nurse to check on her as often during her shift

    I would like to recognize a few employees here at Kindred who have taken care of my Mother. The CNA Nicole, I feel goes above and beyond in her job. My mother's machine Was beeping for a long time and she heard it and came and paused it. She changed and Cleaned my mom in the AM and came back in a little later to check on her and did it again. I said something needed to be done one time and she said “oh I can do that”. Ingrid the speech therapist has been wonderful. She is patient, kind, smart, educated and very informative . Erica, the PT assistant, has been very good with my mother. She works with her, improvises a device to open her hand and very compassionate. She explains when she stops doing an exercise, due to my mother's tolerance. Nadine in respiratory has been awesome in treating my mother. When I bring a concern to her she either treat it or handles it. She explains what she is doing and is very attentive. Christine in housekeeping always comes in the room with a smile, does her job and makes sure Everything is good. She is a very positive and pleasant person.

    I had good care while I was at Kindred. Better than most places I have been. Nicole, the CNA, was great. A couple of my nurses stood out, Paula, Maxine and Lynett were great. Everyone in rehab was great especially Yona. The CNA Beverly was wonderful. She would come check on me every day whether she was my CNA or not, she reminded me of my aunt Beverly, a very caring woman.
