When I first got here it felt like home, I stayed here before, the icu nurses came out
and welcomed me back. The nurse supervisor, Sandria gave me a big hug, everyone is
wonderful, kind and compassionate.
Nancy, another nurse supervisor, helped me take a shower, I hadn’t had a shower in
weeks, before I came here. I knew Nancy was really busy but she stopped and took the
time to make me feel better, I can’t tell you how great she made me feel.
The CNA’S are great, they take care of whatever I need, they will get it for me,
Connie goes out of her way to help, even gets me coffee.
The girls all go out of their way, I haven’t run across anyone that wasn’t willing to help me.
Jamal in rehab was my inspiration, when I didn’t think there was any hope of my walking
again. Jamal would Just keep talking to to me and tell me I could do it, and Thanks to
him, he was right,
I was a nurse all my life, so I know a good nurse.
They all are wonderful, I can’t single anyone out because they all are so wonderful.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
I told Sam I could give you a list of names of everyone who was so wonderful,
but you don’t have enough paper.

I told Sam I highly recommend Vanessa, she has been informative and compassionate.
I think she is a remarkable young lady.
Also I want to give a shout out to Kathleen, she is a sweetheart.
Sam asked me about my experience with my blood being taken, I told her when
the lab girls take it I barely feel a thing.
I’m going home today, so thank you.

My care was very good, it felt like family was taking care of me. Everyone was so great.
Many went over and above in taking care of me, I can’t remember everyone’s name.
Kathleen was great and took care of me when I first got here, when I was a mess.
Haranda was terrific and a really nice person. She always
goes above and beyond.
Fiona is a very smart nurse, would always teach and explain everything .
Everyone made me feel like I was more than just a patient, they made me
feel like they truly cared about my getting better and thanks to them I did.

Sam asked me if I’ll like to do a review on my stay here, I told her definitely. I’ve noticed
how there is a lot of laughing and smiles from staff, which is nice when your a patient.
I told Sam the food is great, I’ve eaten every piece of food on my tray and licked the plate
once or twice.
I can’t remember everyone’s name but most have been beautiful.
This is the only place where they take your blood and it doesn’t hurt.
Evette in rehab was excellent, gave me exercises to do on my own.
Elizabeth offered to help give me a shower, which I needed.
Your respiratory department is terrific, everyone was so good, always timely with
breathing treatments and always very nice. Nilsa is great, she knows her job. Norman
is a great guy, they are all very pleasant and helpful.
I can’t remember everyone’s name but you don’t forget someone like Barbara,
who comes in your Room and asks âWhat can I do to helpâ

I’m a CNA who was hired by the family to take care of their loved one.
We are leaving today and I only hope the next place is as nice and cares
for her like she has been taken care of here.
Everyone was kind and helpful.
