Impressed with entire staff from the doctors & nurses to the support staff. Needs were always met to best of staff's ability. Only disappointment was the lack of a garden to sit in during need of respite from stressful situations & to encourage fresh air to husband who had not been outside for over 6 weeks. I would return to Kindred should I ever need the expertise of their staff.

My mother is doing so much better here than when she came in. I only hope thecWound Care Team at the next facility is half as good as Kindred's wound care Angels Alina and Nicole. My mother wanted to take Musa from rehab with her to the next facility because she said he knew how to get her out of bed in the hoist without hurting her. All in all my mother's stay at Kindred, from the doctors to the nurses, was Excellent.

My sister had a great experience here. She was in the ICU and Juan, the main administrator there rounded on us every day, making us feel special and important. He took care of any concerns we had and always had a great attitude that provided us with encouragement. I also want to note Sue and Liz the superstar nurses. Thanks also to Lavina, Kevin and Erika for always making me smile with their friendly demeanors.

I had a great experience here with my mom, great outcome. I loved the rehab staff and the administrator that rounded on her. Everyone was very helpful.

I want to recognize several employees who always go above and beyond in caring for
my mother. However, I told Sam I want to remain anonymous, I want to acknowledge
their caring for my mother but I want our name to remain anonymous.
The nurse, Alex, without glasses, always has a great attitude. She leaves everything at
the door, each day she comes in, she is always positive.
The CNA Haranda, always executes her job with integrity and heart. You can tell that
she truly cares about her patients.
The nurse Cathy, always makes sure things are taken care of, and that issues are
listened to and addressed.
The CNA Marlena is very personable. Always makes sure you feel like a friend.
Good conversahier and always ready to help.

My husband has had some really great nurses, like Sharmayne, she is excellent .
Both Alex’s have always been great very good with my husband.
Latoya is also terrific and Amoy is so sweet.
We really like Liz the CNA , she is very good and makes you laugh.
We like all the respiratory people, especially Jeff, he is great and Nadine and Marian
are also very good.

LaVina, or as they call her at Kindred, Sam, was the reason I brought my husband, Garrett,,
to kindred. LaVina did my tour and based on her I decided Kindred was the place for Garrett.
When we arrived I was very happy to know, LaVina would be my husbands Ambassador, at
least until they kept changing his room.
The care he received, while at kindred, got him to the point he was able to be transferred
to a facility closer to home and with more intense rehab.
We are grateful for the care he received while at kindred.

Sam asked how my stay has been and if any of my nurses or CNA’S stood out in caring for me.
Well most all my nurses have been great, like Alex, she wasn’t even my nurse one night
but my call light was on and she came by to see what I needed, now that’s exceptional.
I’ve had some wonderful CNA’S like Rosalie, she is good and we get along great. Then
there is Josie and I think a new person Ralph, excellent. Barbara gets a special mention
as she is terrific.
Everyone in rehab was great, the girls that came to pick me up were great, always nice.

My positive experience here has been with my nurses and the girls that help them.
I loved the girls from day one, they have been wonderful. I could take all of
them and wrap my arms around them and tell them how much they mean to me.
And I mean that from my heart, they are a good team and I will miss them
My daughter, Jennifer, told Sam she would bring me back when I could walk
in the front door and say hi to everyone.
