The respiratory therapists at kindred have all been great working with James and his issues. Mickey and the night shift on 7/4 and7/5 second floor, these two shifts have tended to my husbands needs in a timely manner. Mickey is compassionate and professional and oversees the shift with competence. Each person in occupational & physical therapy treated James with kindness and purpose. We appreciate their instruction and help during this time. Paula, the nurse on the 3rd floor is willing to "go the extra mile" for the benefit of the patient. Her concern and compassion are evident. Then there is Pamela, CNA, her competence is complimented by genuine goodness, a sense of humor and care for the patient! Thank you for caring for James

Our son has been here at kindred for over a month and we are so grateful for the care he has received while here. Especially his rehab people, Liz is wonderful and all the people who
Work with her have been great to our son.
Most of his nurses and CNA’S have taken good care of Juan.
Dr. Deltor is a wonderful doctor and has been great to Juan and his family.
The front desk people are great and your security people are wonderful.

My care here has been great. We had a rough start but got everything taken care of.
Glad we did because everyone is so nice and friendly and the doctors are great.
Christine in housekeeping comes by to say hi and see how I’m doing, which is very sweet
and a nice break in my day.
The doctors want me to put on some weigh, but I just don’t have an appetite . However
I am enjoying trying to put weigh on.
I’m very happy with my care.

I’m leaving today and I want to say thank you to a few of the people who cared for me,
First, all my doctors have been great, Some of my nurses that really, really stand out are
Paula at night, you couldn’t ask for a kinder yet professional yet compassionate nurse.
Tincia is also great, she is very kind and gentle yet professional and treats you like
a human being, I’m not sure of her name but Enda was great.
The supervisors were all great but Sabrina and Sandra stand out in my mind.

I was visiting my sister a week or so ago and was very upset. I don’t live close, I’m in Sebring
and it makes it difficult to stay in touch with my sister who is there at kindred.
I had just got off the elevator and I guess looked pretty upset, well this lady, stopped me and asked if I was alright.
I started crying and she took me into her office and asked me what was wrong. I told her it was me my frustration at being so far and not able to be there for my sister. I told her everyone has
been great and have been taking good care of her. After letting me cry and listening to me she
gave me her card and said anytime I couldn’t reach my sister to call her and she would go to
her room and call me from there. She also asked if I had eaten yet and I admitted I forgot to eat
before I left Sebring earlier. She gave me a pass for lunch and said that it was from kindred and
said that everyone here wanted the best for my sister and her family.
I was truly touched and wanted to say thank you Sam for your kindness and helping me to
feel confident about my sisters stay while she was at kindred and thank you for making me
feel better.
Thanks to kindred she is once again home.
