Brilliant doc. He takes his time and genuinely cares about his patients.

What can you say about an "ill" organized office. You call for an appointment and never receive a call back. You call about a medical question and receive a call A YEAR LATER about a totally different subject. If you do get lucky and get in for an appointment they hand you a NEW PATIENT sheet every time because they can't find your file. What use is that to the doctor when you have been a patient for years? The building itself is in disrepair and ironically, the ducts are filthy and moldy. Don't go downstairs if you're asthmatic. The best is their voicemail. It requests you cancel 5 DAYS in advance or be charged $75! I don't know anyone who plans illness or emergencies in advance...except, physcians. As for Dr. Sussman he is kind and from what I hear a knowledgeable immunologist, but frankly, I've been ping ponged back & forth so many times, I wouldn't know & we have to repeat history if I do see him that takes up time. I've learned my lesson. New doctor. That office needs to retire .

From my own experiences with doctor Sussman he is a genuine lifesaver, who is very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth with a genuine love for helping people. I had a very painful time before meeting him. After our first meeting he knew exactly how to help me, and I have since been under his care. After seeing him I have seen a grand difference between his care and many other doctors, I have also noticed a grand improvement in my overall health after seeing him. Doctor Sussman is the gold standard and any other doctor should be honored to learn from him Fatima Allawi
