I had allergy tests done, and while I appreciated that he took the time to do both the poke-test (prik is seen on this site as an insult!) and the injection test, he also told me there's no such thing as an allergy to garlic or onions. I was stunned, because this is not possibly correct. I don't know if he was trying to convince me it's so rare and therefore doesn't need testing, but even if that were the case, that's verging on malpractice to assume such a thing and therefore not test it.

I thought he was very good. I did witness that he seemed to be annoyed by a patient but he was nice to me.

I have seen Dr Sussman pre covid and I had very good experience with him. He’s a brilliant doctor and very professional. However, during covid I had only phone appointments, and getting a hold of his office is literally impossible. I have been trying to reach them since May 2021. It is December and I am still getting no response to my emails and telephone calls. I may need to transfer to other allergists whose staff are more eager to work.

I have been experiencing unexplained symptoms for a month and a bit and the medications have been making me drowsy and unable to function through life, Dr. sussman was very accommodating and changed my medications to ones that make sense and felt like the first person who truly cared about whats happening to me.

The most compassionate doctor ever. He gave us hope when dealing with a debilitating condition which lead to 0 quality of life for my son. His care and compassion is 110%. If it weren’t for this doctor and his high level of expertise, I don’t know where we would be, but I do know we wouldn’t be in the right hands. All his staff is amazing and very accommodating too. Thank you Dr. Sussman, you truly are the best !!
