Do not bother. 2 appointments were cancel at your day of the appointment, with the same "excuse" of double booking. And after her assistant just said you better find another doctor, because we will not even have a phone appointment with you for the next months.

This lady is something else, the way she spoke to me almost made me cry. She was dismissive and rude. She pushed BC on me even though I'm not one to take pills (going to stop taking the BC). I told her I had fibroids she started going on a rant about how fibroids don't do anything to you. Pardon ? So Everyone is wrong and you're right oh please! She was late for a phone interview and I was the 1st appointment for the day. Why? She barely let me talk and kept going on about things I didn't need to know about. I'm waiting on my next appointment to tell her off now that I know that I'm not the only person feeling away after consulting with her.

I went to see Dr Laval when I was 34, on referral for a yeast infection. I’d never had one before, but by the time I had symptoms it was very serious. I had ongoing pain, nausea, rashes and fevers. Dr Laval made my experience far, far worse than it ever had to be. I spent YEARS being inadequately treated, repeatedly tested, poorly treated. At one point she told me to go on a yeast free diet, and see her in six months. I was in constant pain by then. The pain became so bad, I told her that I was frankly suicidal. She yawned, and dialed a pharmacist, who suggested a medication, which she under prescribed. I ended up consulting with another specialist, who was furious at Dr Laval for her ineptitude. What could have been resolved in a month took FOUR YEARS. Sorry to say but as a result I still have residual pain. This idiot of a doctor can rot in h*ll for ruining my life. I was in my thirties, and healthy as a horse before this infection. Now I’m nearly fifty and I’m still coping with some pain. There is no excuse for that kind of negligence. If there is a God, I hope there is justice in the end, because there sure isn’t any here.

the worst doctor! She is simple the WORST! She was 50min LATE, she called and did not allowed me to speak... She was in a rush and I had a 5min appointment!!!! She ended up sending me an email with the options for my treatment and said:" Do your homework and read it, we gonna call you in a month." She said that my ONLY 2 options were VISANNE, that my hair would fall but I would be fine with this medication... and a surgery. REALLY?? Who wants something that gonna make your hair falls? By the end, I got a new referral to Dr Anderson, who is by far more knowledgeable and offered me the IUD, and it's working perfectly fine. Dr Anderson explained to me everything that I was supposed to know in 20 min and allowed me to ask questions... I'm writing this review after 5 months of my appointment with that monster, and thankfully her office "forgot" to call me to book a following appointment. Just stay away from her, she knows nothing.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr laval yesterday and I was afraid because I read very bad reviews …but she was very kind very humain very helpful and I really appreciated her patience she answered to all my questions . She spoke very slowly to help me to understand since I told her that I do not speak English very well… I really was satisfied and I advice every one to get his own experience…mine was really good and I decided to place my iud thanks to all the informations she gave me generously .
