We found Soni to be a great Dr.He knew what he was doing. His secretary was abit of a sour puss, and he did run late, but thats more because of the lack of doctors in this country more than any thing else.A great Dr.definatly knew his stuff.

He made me feel very uncomfortable the few times ( 10 sec. both times) he showed up at my bed. He sent his “assistant” to help me out, but she looked horrified by the idea of confronting the man. I didn’t even really knew what was the cause of my pain!!! Eventually I got every information I needed on the internet finding out the motive of my hospitalisation. But really is not the doc. job to do that? Not satisfied at all!!!! Sorry Dr Narula!

Had a meeting with him, found him quite impatient and unhelpful, seemed more concerned with getting me out of his office, discussion lasted about 5 mins and cost me about $1200 in mri and bone scans plus his 2 consult fees, not impressed with his manor at all ,came over very arogent ,dont know where these guys get off, they charge exorbatent fees ,then can not wait to get you out of their office

The best neurosurgeon I have had who fixed my problem with his extensive knowledge. I can never ever forget what pain he got me out of. I will recommend him to anyone with a back surgery.

The admin lady was incredibly rude and grumpy. My first appointment ($220) lasted 5 minutes – Dr Narula told me to get an MRI scan. At the second appointment ($170) he spent most of the time on the phone to the radiologist – then told me to get another scan (contrast CT). The third appointment ($170) he once again spent most of the time on the phone to the radiologist. He then told me I needed an operation on my cervical spine. I asked if it could get better by itself, and he laughed. I got a second opinion, the doctor told me to give it a few more weeks, and it got better by itself. I have no idea if he is good with a knife or not, but the way he treats patients is atrocious.

If you can get past his rude receptionist and are happy with a direct approach to appropriately addressing your condition, then Dr Narula is your man. Very happy with the outcome of my surgery.

Extremely Rude receptionist! Who is a very unhelpful and should learn some manner and not be so rude over the phone. Have a look at your reviews already (most of them not positive ones)

Excellent advice and service. Extremely good results. He was thoughtful and very empathetic. I recommend him highly. His receptionist was also helpful and I cannot understand why he has negative comments.
