My mother, father and I want everyone to know that miracles happen thanks to the care my mother received at Kindred Hospital, We are leaving today to continue her recovery at another facility, There are so many wonderful caring people to thank I told Sam, who is one of the many extradinary people we have met on our journey, that I want to do a more detailed review once we get settled. Sam asked us weeks ago about being one of Kindreds Special Success Stories, at the time we said yes but then challenges developed. Today when Sam came to hug us and wish us well she asked our thoughts on the Success story. We both watched in awe my mother raise her arm and say âYES, MY, STORY NEEDS TO BE SHAREDâ There are so many people to thank that went above and beyond from Sam to respiratory, to rehab, totally amazing rehab department, to the wound care ladies. Totally amazing journey and thanks to all who walked with us on this amazing journey my Mother is able to continue her journey to coming home. Which is why I want to do a more detailed review acknowledging by name the many extradinary people we were blessed to met and who became a part of this incredible journey with us., especially the amazing rehab department, what caring and dedicated people! Thank you Kindred!!!!

I would like to recognize a few employees here at Kindred who have taken care of my
Mother. The CNA Nicole, I feel goes above and beyond in her job. My mother’s machine
Was beeping for a long time and she heard it and came and paused it. She changed and
Cleaned my mom in the AM and came back in a little later to check on her and did it again.
I said something needed to be done one time and she said âoh I can do thatâ.
Ingrid the speech therapist has been wonderful. She is patient, kind, smart, educated and very informative .
Erica, the PT assistant, has been very good with my mother. She works with her, improvises a
device to open her hand and very compassionate. She explains when she stops doing an exercise,
due to my mother’s tolerance.
Nadine in respiratory has been awesome in treating my mother. When I bring a concern to
her she either treat it or handles it. She explains what she is doing and is very attentive.
Christine in housekeeping always comes in the room with a smile, does her job and makes sure
Everything is good. She is a very positive and pleasant person.

I had good care while I was at Kindred. Better than most places I have been.
Nicole, the CNA, was great. A couple of my nurses stood out, Paula, Maxine
and Lynett were great. Everyone in rehab was great especially Yona.
The CNA Beverly was wonderful. She would come check on me every day whether
she was my CNA or not, she reminded me of my aunt Beverly, a very caring woman.

I’ll b leaving kindred next week and Sam asked how my stay has been.
Well here goes, Yona in PT is very caring during the PT experience.
She is careful and concerned about my safety. She is always cheerful and
pleasant to all the patients in the gym.
The nursing staff answers the light promptly, very helpful. The CNAs are attentive.
Alina and Nicole are competent, pleasant and available when needed. My wound care takes time and they never rush rhe care. They are great.

on December 8th my husband was admitted to Kindred from St Mary’s Hospital.
We have been here till January 16th, today.
I must say the care at this hospital is beyond what we expected.
The first person I can truly say was so impressive to me was my husbands nurse in ICU,
Veronica. Upon arrival my husband had a terrible night and that nurse worked on him
all night till he was doing better. Having caring nurses like her speaks volumes of this hospital.
Secondly we met Sam in admissions, what a lady. Always smiling , encouraging and going
beyond to help.
On arriving to #328, we had nurses, therapists , RT & PT, the care they gave is beyond
words. The CNA âs, housekeepers, nurse supervisors, the cafertia staff, the security,
Radiology everyone was great, which is why we will always remember this facility.
Leaving Kindred today with my husband much better, I must say my family and I want
to say kindred the palm beaches is an example in this community of good.
Our doctors, Dr.Deltor, Dr Rosen, Dr Altis, Dr Oster and those I can’t remember
make the word Medicine, that old fashion caring word, mean what it should mean,
Caring.

My mother came in late Friday night and so far the only complaint Mom has is
she can’t wait to start her rehab.
Everyone has been great and very friendly. We look forward to the coming week when Mom
will start working her muscles as she has been in bed over two weeks. She is looking forward
to going up to the gym and starting her route to get stronger so she’ll be able to go home soon
and back to her active live. We both look forward to the coming week with all its possibilities
To get mom back to her old self.
