I came with my friend Georgetta last week for comfort as her husband was being admitted- Erika was the nicest person- she greeted us- was very polite - she is a great person to have on the front I worked in Human Resources for 36 years and it's nice to see how helpful people are at their jobs- I and Georgetta did not know what to expect when we arrived Erika made us feel very reassured about our loved one being here Thank you Erika

We are very pleased with the care our mother is receiving. The nursing staff has been very
Attentive and answers all our questions in a very caring manner,
Sam was great walking us through the admission process and still being there to answer
questions.
Your front desk person, Erika is very pleasant and always has a smile and a kind word.
So far our experience at Kindred has been great.

This was my second stay at Kindred and I have to say I was disappointed not being greeted by Sam or as she prefers LaVina, on my arrival. My first visit Sam met me at the elevator as I was being taken up to my room and welcomed me to Kindred. However, once I was settled Sam did come say Hi and welcomed me back to Kindred.
This visit I met a few more people I had not on my previous visit, like Dr Vanttigunta. What a great doctor, he came by every morning and addressed my needs in a compassionate,
understanding, friendly manner. A very caring doctor.
I also met Kim, the new Quality Manager, she listened to my concerns and understood
and documented my concerns.
Liz in rehab was great and also eventually my ambassador. She addressed my needs and
customized a unique at home physical regiment for me.
Khacine was one of my nurses, she would answer my questions and provide guidance and
understood my needs.
Ray was another nurse who was terrific, very good at his job, caring and knowledge.
And that brings me back to Sam/LaVina, she always addressed my concerns and
provided understanding, guidance and compassion in response to my issues.
Kindred is lucky to have these people, they are true care givers.

Sam came by my room today and asked how everything was going. I told her everything was good.
She asked me if I had received exceptional care from any of my nurses or CNA’S or other departments
while a patient here at Kindred. I told Sam a few exceptional nurses came to mind, such as Liz!
What a wonderful caring nurse who knows her profession and sets a high stardard.
Metricia always has a smile and is always willing to help. Tricia and Ray are also two great nurses
they are always informative and don’t mind ansering questions and they do this with a smile,
Josie is a great CNA, you can tell she cares for her patients, for which I am very grateful.

I just want to thank Kindred, thank you for giving my wife back to me.
When she came in to kindred she was not doing well at all.
Thank heavens she doesn’t remember the bad times.
The ICU nurses were amazing, they went out of their way to care for Sharon.
Eventually she was moved down to a different floor.
We want to thank the respiratory department and the rehab department for giving
her her life back. My daughter and I are so grateful, thank you, thank you!
