I'm staying in this area to have continued care by the doctors so I can have my leg Taken care of by them. It's like having a beautiful devious cake and having someone else put the bad icing on. I'm a current patient here at Kindred Hospital and I just wanted to acknowledge a few of the wonderful people caring for me. Mary, the mid line nurse is totally charming. Roseline, a CNA, gives her best and is always kind. Ana Marie is excellent, she deserves a raise. Rachel is always there quick and very respectful. The wound care team are tremendous, Alina and Nicole are always very caring and respectful.

I've had PT'S and OT'S even at home, this women,Elizabeth, seems like she was born for this. I look forward to seeing her daily. Marlene my CNA is one of the most caring people I've ever met. From the time she gets herevuntillnshe leaves she's caring for us. While doing her job she always has a kind word and caring smile. Hope keeps her mind on her patients, which seems the most important to her. She's a true nurse and very wise for her age. Her name really fits her. Musa is such a joy! Always seems happy. He's the goodwill guy for "kindred hospital". He is welcoming everyone with his beautiful smile and laugh.

I was asked how my stay at kindred was and to please share my thoughts, so here are a few of my thoughts. When I arrived at kindred I was in ICU I was recovering recovering from a very serious illness. I was placed in ICU and was fortunate to have sue as my nurse on numerous shifts. She was very supportive of not only my needs but my wife also. She was very competent and professional. Then I got well enought I was moved to a lower floor where I had Rachel on many shifts. She always tried to make sure that I had what I needed and made sure I had a smile on my face and always showed me the good in the day. The lift team , Grace, Jackie and Erika were great. Grace, along with her colleagues more often than not were involved with the loading and transferring me with the patient lift systems. They were always respectful of my needs and schedule. Grace, Jackie and Erika all exhibited great professional in their work. Yona in physical therapy was great. Jola was often responsible for bringing me up and back down from P.T.. On the way up she was always "pumping me up" and on the way down she always saw the good in my efforts at walking, no matter how small or painful. These are my thoughts on my stay at kindred There are more people I would like to mention but for now these are my thoughts.

My mother arrived last week during hurricane weekend and needed a wound vac which Alina and Nicole (nurses specialized on this machines) did a fantastic , incredible job every time they need to change it..........not only that but both from foreign countries families did so nice and careful job............specially ......loving their job

Sheila is a special person. Sheds been like an angel for us. When she’s in the vicinity of my husbands room, she’ll check to see if either of us need anything. If I step out in the hallway to find his nurse and Sheila’s the only one at the nurses station she will immediately ask what I need and if she can’t do it she finds someone who can. And at times, many times, it can be very frustrating to find his nurse or CNA but if Sheila is in the vicinity she goes on the hunt so I don’t have to. Sheila is just a very special and ( unfortunately) rare person in this industry. Thank you Sheila.

Would like to thank Jodian for her care of my husband. She is a very caring nurse who
shows compassion not only for the patient but also for the family. She also will answer
any question I have on his care, she is a true blessing

My husband came in two days ago and is in ICU here at kindred.
My friend and I could not be more pleased. He is receiving great
care from the nurses here. I am so pleased we brought him here,
I have a feeling of peace that I have not had in weeks.

Sam asked us today if anyone stood out in caring for my hushband during our stand here
at kindred. The first person
to come to mind was Musa! I would recommend him to work in any institution.
He was extremely kind and compassionate and always gave his all.
Musa and Jackie are a great team, just being around these two made our stay very pleasant.
The entire therapy staff and all our nurse and CNA’S showed professionally, thank you.
