My brother was able to go after his stay at kindred. Don received exceptional care from the nurses, especially Bernadette. She always listen and encouraged him. The wound care ladies were also very kind and answered all our questions. I have to mention dr Rosen, what a kind and understanding man.

My husband has been doing better since arriving here. He wants to go home, which is good.
I keep telling him just a few more days or maybe another week and he will be in much
better shape and able to come home, his nurses have been good and one or two he
really likes, but can’t remember their names. I asked him to ask them their name so he
can thank them. We are happy he is here and getting better every day.
Thank you

We didn’t want to bring our mother to kindred because we had heard so many negative things about kindred. However all that changed, and one of the reasons was Lavina, or Sam, as they call call her. What a blessing to kindred, they are very lucky to have her. From the first time I met her till, I hugged her goodbye today, she has been there for us. She always had a smile or encouraging word or my favorite, if she didn’t know something she would always get you an
answer or send you to the person that could. Sam set the stage for our introduction to
Kindred and we were not disappointed. Mom was in ICU for a long time and we were so
Impressed with the care she received thanks to the many nurses and CNA’S. All were
great, however Sue, Ray, Anatasha, Liz and Michael were extra wonderful. Truthfully the entire
nursing staff in ICU were terrific. Everyone checked on mom and also on us, the family.
The wound care team, Christie and Jodi were great.
When mom was moved to the 3rd floor we were a little apprehensive, however to our
surprise the wonderful care continued.
We had a issue or two here and there but nothing to speak about as Sam would take
care of it.
We are so pleased with the care mom received at kindred we will now be one of your biggest
advocates.

My sister has been coming to kindred every day since our mother was admitted.
Mom was in ICU until Friday when she was moved to the third floor, were I will
take over visiting and give my sister a well deserved break.
My sister told me the whole time mom was in ICU she was so pleased with the
care Mom received from all the nurses especially Sue and Ray.
So far we are very pleased with the care our mother has received here at kindred.

We came before mom got to kindred from Delray, Friday night. While waiting my husband
and I were greeted by Sam, who walked us through the admit paper work. Mom still had
not gotten here yet so Sam went to check. Mom had just gotten here and Sam was
going to take us up to the waiting room on the third floor when she saw Chrissy the
wound care nurse and wanted us to meet her. What a great introducuction to
Kindred, Chrissy was nice and very aware of mom’s condition, very professional,
made me feel we were in the right place. The I got a call from mom wanting to know
where I was so Sam walked us upstairs. We passed the nurse supervisors office and
we were introduced then Sam took us to mom’s room where we met her nurse Britney.
It was great meeting all these people who will be caring for mom, her nurse instilled
confidence as did Chrissy that mom was in good hands.
Great intoduction to kindred

I want to thank all my husbands nurses and CNA’S, they have been wonderful!
The entire staff at kindred have been tremendous,. Everyone has gone out of their
way to care for my husband and his family, from the night he was admitted, thank
you Sam,you are a special person, through all the challenges his condition created.
His care in ICU was beyond anything we could have hoped for, thank you Sue and Rey
and Liz and .all the terrific icu nurses we were blessed to have cared for my husband.
Then he was moved down to the third floor and we continued meeting some wonderful
nurses, like Tania and the wound care team Chrissy and Tracey were great.
We are leaving today to another facility were he will get more physcial therapy, thanks
to his care at kindred.
Thank you!
