We want to thank the wonderful icu nurses at kindred hospital for their care of our loved one,
especially at this very emotional time for the family. Not only did they go above and beyond for
our loved one but they treated the family with compassion and kindness.
Thank you ladies especially Anastasia, for your kindness, all were wonderful.
    Thank you

Patty in case management said Brenda, who is leaving today, asked Patty to thank kindred
and especially a few wonderful people like Angel one of her CNA’S. And Liz who is also a
wonderful CNA. Also Nilsa one of her respiratory techs and Kelicca one of her nurses.

I’m leaving today and look forward to going home. This is my second stay at kindred and both times I had Sam as my Ambassador, which was nice. Sam would always check on me and if
I didn’t want to talk she would understand and come back another day.
My dad said she would always stop and ask how everything was going, which he liked.
Sometimes we would have long talks and I will miss that.
All my doctors were great, I had a wonderful group of doctors taking great care of me.
I’m scared and excited about going home, but glad I’m able to thanks to kindred.

I told Sam I wanted to recognize Sharmayne, my husbands nurse on the third floor.
She was a professional when we needed her, greeted us every time we came. Answered
all our questions, gave suggestions and always took her time with us.
All the staff on the third floor east have been pleasant, they greet us upon arrival, answer
all our questions and make our time there less stressful, so we can focus on our family
    member.
I told Sam I want to do a more detailed review next week, but for now wanted to make
sure Sharmayne was recognized as a wonderful nurse.

I want to recognize your receptionist at the front desk, Greyni. She is always pleasant
with a beautiful smile. She always asks how I’m doing.

I had some great nurses while a patient at Kindred. Mary, the nurse who does the needles, has been so nice. I do not like needles in my hand or anywhere for that matter. Mary was careful and comforting. Rachel was my nurse for quite a lot of my stay. She was always so nice and seemed to be very busy but had the time for me. Jeff in rehab made it a pleasure to go to therapy not only to break up the day but I have had Jeff as a therapist and he is great. My experience at Kindred has been great and helped get me ready to go home and feel safe.

I am currently a patient here at kindred and I just have to say what a wonderful experience! I have been treated so kind and with so much compassion by everyone I feel as though I'm part of a family. Today I want to give special mention to a few exceptional nurses and cnas that have gone out of their way to take care of me. First there is Mary, wonderful personality. I have difficult veins. She spent a lot of time and went the extra time to make sure I was not in pain. I wish I had her every time I had to have my blood drawn. Caren is the sweetest person I have ever had look after me in a hospital. She is like having a private nurse. She went so out of her way to make sure I was clean and comfortable at all times! So caring about her patients. Stephany is a very thorough nurse. She tells me all medications I am taking, makes sure I am comfortable and all my needs have been addressed. Good bedside manners. I really appreciate her caring for me. These are just a few of the wonderful nurses and cnas that are caring for me. There are many others so I will probably be writing again before I am discharged, to share their name and kindness to me . But for now I can not say enought, how great my experience has been and is here at Kindred!!!!

When we came to kindred my husband could not speak, could not communicate, could not move. We were in ICU for many days and started seeing signs of improvement. The care my husband received in ICU was amazing, his nurses were excellent, The doctors were great. Eventually he was moved out of icu down to another floor and the nurses were great. There was one CNA that went above and beyond her duties, Vickie. She was amazing, we met her while in ICU and got to know her as she cared for my husband, Vickie was the only one he would allow to shave him. Yes by the time we left Kindred Friday my husband was able to speak and get in a chair. Rehab was terrific and the wound care team were wonderful. Thank you kindred staff

My wife came to Kindred a week or so ago from a horrible hospital north of West Palm. She was in icu at Kindred and received the best care she had received in the last three months at other facilities. The nurses were excellent, caring and very attentive and seemed to go out of their way to help. The two wound care nurses were also excellent in caring for my wife and answering my questions. I am very grateful for the care my wife received while at kindrled.
